Project Theatre was formed through grassroots organising and community spirit and works as a non-profit organisation.  In our nature we pledge to be involved in the community (especially with young people) in as many engaging and positive ways as possible.

Through our Charity Partnerships every year we aim to become involved, work with and help promote another not for profit group making a positive impact in our local community (especially those working with young people).

What we do and how it works

As a community organisation we like to do our bit for the community (especially working with young people).

We want to show that young people and performing arts have a positive impact in the community

and promote and expand the interest of theatre and performing arts into other areas of the community

We want to engage with organisations who could benefit from performing arts as a medium of communication. We are willing to work with a variety of organisations to achieve our aims and objectives

Over a period of an active year for Project Theatre we will strive to help promote the activities and goals of our chosen charities and help fundraise with and for them.

Mission Statement

Throughout our charity partnerships we will endeavour to share in the belief that everyone has potential for growth and change. Through involvement of Project Theatre volunteers and members in each of the agreed partnership activities, Project Theatre will expand their reach, positively impact the local community and promote engagement of young people.

We will collaborate in a variety of ways to raise awareness of the Charity and Project Theatre’s work and make this dedicated partnership stand out from the crowd. By taking part in high profile events, actively promoting event activity and maintaining energetic, conjoined social media activity, Project Theatre will noticeably enhance their brand profile.

We enter into this partnership with values of passion, inclusion and community spirit allowing us to achieve great things. Through visiting local Charity services, Project Theatre volunteers will gain first hand insight into the vital work that they are supporting. Combining volunteering, event participation, fundraising and awareness raising.
